Shipping policy

Please allow a 4-5 week lead time for the completion of your order.

Shipping is usually 1-3 working days in the north island and 1-5 days to the south island (longer in remote or rural areas). Larger and/or heavier items may result in longer shipping times frames. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your item once your order has been dispatched.
