About Us
William Humphries, driver and face of Humphries Racing started his speedway career in Ministocks at age 12 in Palmerston North, New Zealand.
After five years he transitioned to Stockcars, achieving notable success with local and national titles, including the NZ Stockcar Grand Prix and finishing 3NZ in 2012/2013 at the New Zealand Stockcar Championship at the age of 18.
William then progressed to the Superstock class where he currently races today. Claiming multiple regional and national titles, including the prestigious 1NZ, New Zealand Superstock Championship in 2017/2018.
Humphries' racing passion extends to owning HSP- Humphries Steel & Performance, a motorsport fabrication business, where he designs, builds, and maintains other competitors and his own speedway/ motorsport vehicles, attributing much of his success to this hands-on approach.
His accomplishments would not be possible without the support of various businesses, sponsors, his crew, and family, to whom William extends his thanks.
